June 13, 2019: Thompson sustains a torn ACL in his left knee
During the third quarter of Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals, Thompson attempted to dunk the ball on a fast break when he was fouled by Danny Green of the Toronto Raptors. June 14, 2019: Thompson undergoes surgery
